Booking Policy
To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please review and adhere to our booking policies below:
Deposit Policy:
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and will be applied to your final service total.
Late Arrival Policy:
We offer a 10-minute grace period.
• If you arrive 11–15 minutes late, a $20 late fee will be added to your service.
• If you are 16+ minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you must rebook online.
No Call / No Show:
Failure to notify us before your appointment time will result in a 25% charge of the missed service, due before booking any future appointments.
Children Policy:
For the safety and comfort of all clients, no children are allowed in the spa unless being serviced or during approved special hours.
